Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time. Open your account page → billing portal → cancel. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for (month or year); it does not renew after that. No further charge.

Refunds. We do not refund a period that has started, except where the law requires it or the service was not available as described. Write to support@mhtirogla.ai and we answer within [Raphael: days].

EU right of withdrawal (consumers). If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Because mhtirogla gives you access to digital content and a service at once, you lose this right when access starts, if you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. At checkout we ask for both with a separate checkbox:
