Questions
- Who do I pay? Lotus Chess UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices are shown [Raphael: incl./excl. VAT]; VAT is added where the law requires it.
- Can I cancel? Any time, in the billing portal on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Details: Cancellation and refunds.
- Do I need a key or an account to connect? No. For now the MCP is open to everyone, without a key or account. An account is only needed for Pro.
- What happens after early access? Early access ends on 15 November 2026. After that, Free stays free and Pro features need a Pro plan.
